On-Cab Assessments
With the value of the vehicles and lives involved in the transportation industry it is important that we ensure that the ones entrusted with this vital role are competent. With the On-Cab assessment we dispatch one of our driver trainers to go out on the road with the operator to be evaluated so that we can assess any problem areas. Such as abuse of the vehicle’s critical components. Abuse of the regulations contained in the National Traffic Act. As well actions deemed unfit in regard to a client’s company policies and procedures.

Advanced Driver Training
At FOST we believe that the better the skills the operator has at his disposal the greater their impact on the productivity, and at the end of the day, the profitability of a company. Fewer accidents equals less down time, and less avoidable costs being incurred. A safer transport industry means a safer South Africa for all of it’s citizens. Skills development is a core value at FOST and something we constantly strive to improve upon on a constant basis.
